These terms apply to the Novelwave app for iPhone (“the app”), developed by Mihai Petrenco (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
Your license
The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add to the Standard EULA. If the two ever conflict, the Standard EULA takes precedence.
What Novelwave is
Novelwave is a player for audiobooks you already have. It doesn't sell, provide or stream audiobooks, and it doesn't come with any content of its own.
Your content
The audio files, artwork and details you add to Novelwave remain yours. You're responsible for them, and for having the right to use them. Please don't use the app to infringe anyone else's rights.
iCloud and keeping copies
Syncing and iCloud Drive storage rely on Apple's iCloud services, your Apple Account and the storage available to you. We can't guarantee those services will always be available. Keep your own copies of anything important; you can export your whole library to Files from Profile at any time.
Beta versions
Beta versions shared through TestFlight are unfinished. They may contain bugs or lose data, so use them with care and keep your own copies.
Changes to the app
We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop offering the app.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, as set out in the Standard EULA.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that can't be limited by agreement.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update them on this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
